Terms of Use

Wersja 2.0 · 2 lipca 2026 / 2 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ELSG Ltd employment-claim submission system (apply.elsg.co.uk). By using the system and submitting, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ELSG Ltd — company no. 04520558. This document is effective from the date above. Using the system constitutes acceptance of the version you accepted.

1. About us and definitions

The provider is ELSG Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 04520558, registered office: Building 2, 1st Floor, Croxley Green Business Park, Watford, England, WD18 8YA. Contact: info@elsg.co.uk, tel. 0203 627 0223, elsg.co.uk.

“System” / “Service” — the apply.elsg.co.uk application. “You” / “User” — a person using the System. “Submission” — the data and documents you provide via the form and panel.

2. Nature of the service

The System is for the initial submission and preliminary assessment of an employment matter. Submitting does NOT create a retainer, nor any guarantee that the case will be taken on or that we will represent you. Any legal services agreement is entered into separately (a distinct engagement letter).

Preliminary qualification and analyses in the System (including AI-assisted) are general and supporting in nature.

3. Eligibility

The System may be used by adults (18+) acting for themselves or duly authorised. The System concerns employment claims in England and Wales. By using it you confirm you meet these conditions.

4. Your obligations and representations

The information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; you agree to keep it up to date.

You are entitled to share the documents you upload, and sharing them with us does not breach third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

You will not upload unlawful content, malware, or third-party data without a lawful basis.

You will keep access to your panel (link/account) secure and not share it with unauthorised persons.

5. No legal advice and no retainer

Information in the System does not constitute legal advice or a final assessment and must not be relied on without separate, individual advice. Using the System alone does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

6. Limitation periods — important warning

Time limits for bringing employment claims to the Employment Tribunal are short — generally 3 months less 1 day from the event (subject to ACAS Early Conciliation and exceptions). Delay may bar a claim.

Until a separate agreement is in place we do NOT represent you and are NOT responsible for meeting deadlines. You are responsible for monitoring time limits; if in doubt, seek advice promptly.

7. AI-assisted assessment

We may use AI tools to assess your case (supporting analysis). A human always makes the decision. Details are in the “AI-assisted assessment” section of the Privacy Policy, which you accept on submission.

8. Data and privacy

Processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which you accept on submission and which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the System lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, the following are prohibited: attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security, disrupting operation, automated bulk submissions, uploading harmful code, and using the System for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The System, its content, marks and software are owned by ELSG Ltd or its licensors and are legally protected. You retain rights in the documents you upload and grant us a limited licence to use them to assess and handle your case.

11. Third-party services and links

The System uses third-party services (e.g. hosting, email, AI model, the Companies House register, the Clio practice-management system). We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party sites we may link to.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The System is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties as to fitness, uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or the consequences of untrue/incomplete information or missed deadlines before a separate agreement is in place.

Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for other rights that cannot be limited (including any applicable consumer rights).

13. Availability

We work to keep the System available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the System (or features) — where possible with reasonable notice.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the System in the event of a breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or security. You may stop using it at any time and delete your submission in the panel.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version has a number and a cryptographic hash (at the bottom of the page), and on submission we record the version you accepted. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
